This month Lex Verweij joins London-based Emolument.com as CEO, succeeding co-founder Thomas Drewry. The handover is the final step in a process during which Thomas had been looking to hand over the reins to someone with in-depth industry knowledge and relationships in order to grow Emolument's product offering and revenue.

Lex joins from Aon Hewitt where he was a Partner and Head of UK and Europe for the Talent, Rewards and Performance division. With 25 years of experience in HR consulting, Lex has been instrumental in building, leading and scaling successful businesses.
