Junior bankers set for bonus bonanza as banks fight for talent

London's young bankers are set to be the big winners of bonus season this year as City firms battle to hang on to top talent.

Analysts and associates - the two most junior posts within investment banks - can expect their payouts for 2016 to rise by 150% and 21%, respectively, according to data from salary benchmarking site Emolument.com.
