Emolument clinches $1.4m for salary comparison service

Free salary comparison service Emolument.com, recently featured in Tech Pitch, has closed a new round of funding totalling $1.4m from 10 angel investors and existing backers.Launched in 2012 by Thomas Drewry (pictured) and Olivier Beau de Loménie, the Soho-based start-up allows users to receive detailed and interactive remuneration reports vs. their work and university peers, with its website targeted at professionals in finance and legal.
