MBA Pay Advantage in London’s Banks Reverses With Seniority

London?s bankers with MBAs initially out-earn colleagues that didn?t go to business school, with the trend reversed by the time they reach managing director level, according to a salary-data provider. Associates with a master?s degree in business administration on average earn 102,000 pounds ($156,000) in salary compared with 85,000 pounds for those with other degrees, according to a survey by Emolument.com. For managing directors the average MBA-educated salary is 423,000 pounds, less than the 506,000 pounds non-business graduates receive.
