How EU Bonus is changing UK pay

UK banks are being forced to change the way they reward staff as a result of the European Union?s widely criticised bonus cap.The cap, restricting banks in the EU from paying more than one year?s salary as a bonus without shareholders? approval, has been blamed for forcing banks to push up salaries as they try to keep hold of their best staff.
